"PDF your work." This puts their work into a finished format that you will not be able to edit, but will allow you to add comments or marks. When students "print" their file to PDF format, it places a mark on the page identifying the file's owner. This can help you track down worksheets without names, and minimize the risk of "file sharing".
"Drag it to the Robot." The Hand-in Robot allows students to submit work without worrying much about the file name. The files will appear in your Drop Box identified by period and student name, for easy management.
"Check Your HandBack Folder." The Hand-back Robot allows you to return student work with grades and/or comments attached. The files appear in their HandBack folder soon after you send them, and you won't have any unclaimed papers from absent students on your desk.
All of your worksheets can be managed without the use of paper! Here are some strategies that teachers have developed.
